Structure

• These Rubber Transfer Moulding Hydraulic Presses are basically Tie Rod structures that are machined and assembled
• Tie rods are machined and then Hard Chrome Plating is done in them
• These are also re-grinded to remove any ovalty
• Structure plates are accurately bored
• Stringent quality inspections conducted prior to assembling these components in the machines

Cylinder
The cylinders available in these machines come with Hone Pipe of Stelmi ( Italy ) / Marcegaglia ( Italy ) brand, Chrome Plated Rod of Stelmi ( Italy )/Marcegaglia brand, Sealing System of Parker / Merkel brand, Glands of Micro and Cylinder Pistons of micro.
